Some of the in-unit amenities are washer and dryer, balconies or patios, large master bedroom with full bathroom with walk-in shower, bright spacious living room, and closets/storage.
Common area amenities include a library, sunroom, chapel, beauty shop, fitness center, large capacity laundry room, dining room, & activity room.
The monthly assessments include gas, electric, water, weekly light housekeeping, maintenance, basic cable TV, and 20 dinner meals per month.
We have our own bus and make weekly trips to local grocery stores, banks, local restaurants, attractions & more.
Dogs, (25lbs or less) are allowed on the first floor and two neutered cats throughout our community.

Our Services and Amenities
Monthly Assessments range from $1,922.46 to $2,191.84 for 1 occupant (including 20 meals per month) and an additional $600 a month for a second person.
Additional meals $25, guest meals, $30 (adults) $12.50 (children 10 and under)
Garage parking (when available) is $80 per month.
Storage units are included in the basement at no charge.
